This is a self-service portal that is created to address post-purchase customer queries for orders fulfilled by Eshopbox, such as:
Tracking your order
Request for refunds
Apply for returns
This portal is created for customers who have purchased items fulfilled by Eshopbox. If your order isn't fulfilled by Eshopbox, you should contact the sales channel on which the purchase was made.
